Clean Eating Dill Sauce

Having lived in Alaska for several years, we developed a wonderful love of fresh salmon. The health benefits of salmon are great and its an excellent protein. One of the herbs I was able to easily grow there that is a delicious pairing is dill. While I worked to grow it, it’s readily available in supermarkets right now and is fairly inexpensive. The following is a recipe to make your own creamy dill sauce. Wherever possible I use fresh organic and locally sourced ingredients. Dried spices may be substituted as needed.

A delicious all natural and clean dill sauce to pair with fish.

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Let fresh garlic sit in sauce for about twenty minutes to fully flavor then serve on fish or as preferred.
